HONEST WORKAROUNDS
For devices that don't natively support our Android app
Samsung Smart TV (Tizen)
Our Android app does not run on Samsung Tizen.
Plug an Amazon Fire TV Stick (about $30 on Amazon) into any HDMI port on your Samsung TV. Install Applepark IPTV on the Firestick using the guide above, and stream from the Fire TV input. Your Samsung TV is now an Applepark IPTV TV — you keep its picture quality and HDMI ARC, you get our service.
LG Smart TV (WebOS)
Our Android app does not run on LG WebOS.
Same fix as Samsung: a $30 Firestick into your LG's HDMI port. Install Applepark IPTV on the Firestick. Done.
Roku
Roku does not support sideloading our app.
If you currently use Roku, the fastest path to Applepark IPTV is a Firestick on a different HDMI port. Some viewers keep the Roku for Netflix / Prime / Disney+ and use the Firestick exclusively for live TV.
iPhone, iPad, Apple TV
We don't have an iOS or tvOS app yet — it's on the roadmap.
Today, the recommended path is a Firestick. For iOS specifically, some users run Applepark IPTV credentials inside a third-party IPTV player from the App Store, but we cannot officially endorse a specific app and we cannot offer support for setups that route through a third-party player.
SMART IPTV / TIVIMATE / OTT NAVIGATOR
Use our M3U credentials directly with your favorite IPTV player
- 1.Email support@applepark-iptv.com after subscribing and request your M3U URL + EPG URL.
- 2.Add the M3U as a new playlist in your player.
- 3.Add the XMLTV EPG URL.
- 4.Refresh the playlist — the full lineup loads.
This route is supported but unofficial: we recommend our own app for the best buffering and EPG behaviour.
🆘 TROUBLESHOOTING
Quick fixes for common issues
The APK won't install on my Firestick
Make sure "Install Unknown Apps" is on for Downloader specifically (not all apps). Also check that you have at least 200 MB free storage on the Firestick.
Channels load but buffer constantly
Most often this is upstream Internet. Run a speed test on the Firestick (the Downloader app has one). For 4K we recommend at least 25 Mbps. If your speed is fine, change the stream type in the Applepark IPTV app's settings (HLS vs MPEG-TS) — one usually works smoother per region.
EPG (program guide) is empty
Force-refresh the EPG from the app's settings menu. If still empty after 10 minutes, email us your account email and we'll re-sync your EPG endpoint.
Some channels say "no signal"
Channels rotate occasionally. Try again in 15 minutes. Persistent issues: email support@applepark-iptv.com with the channel name.
